Join talented WA writer Melinda Tognini as she talks about her book Many Hearts One Voice, the story of the War Widows’ Guild, a group of women whose hopes and dreams for their post-war future were dashed when their soldiers husbands died.
These courageous and tenacious women banded together and transformed grief into action, and Melinda will introduce the audience to just some of their fascinating stories which she came to know through archives, newspapers and oral history interviews.
