This heritage listed house was built by the Gallop family in the 1870s and overlooks the Swan River. Recently conserved, the property is now used for the Prelude Composer in Residence Program, and the Open Day will showcase ‘The Music Mill’ a delightful music making machine built by the current resident. As well as tours of some areas of the house, there will be demonstrations of the Music Mill, plus Q&A, instrument making workshops for the kids and more.
