Present Mind Psychology is offering a free Mindfulness for Kids session to allow you and your child (aged 7-12 years) the opportunity to experience one-hour of mindfulness.
Hosted by Jacqueline Sander (Psychologist MPsych, MSc), who specialises in child psychotherapy, you will learn the many benefits of mindfulness training including emotional regulation and improved social skills, the ability to orient attention, plan and organise and an increased sense of calmness, relaxation, and self-acceptance.
