Saturday 15th of October to Sunday 16th of October
Over two huge days, doors and gates across Perth will open to the public to celebrate our heritage and history with an enormous range of free events including open buildings, talks and tours, exhibits, workshops, music and more.
Some of the incredible buildings to open their doors on Sunday 16th include Government House, The Old Perth Fire Station, Palace Hotel, Old Perth Boys School and Trades Hall.
There will be a range of talks about subjects from the East Perth Power Station to Perth’s Criminal Women
Enjoy a tasty chocolate walking tour of the Perth CBD.
Tours will be operating across the city including East Perth Cemetery, the WACA and Mercedes College and there will be exhibits in many buildings such as the Old Court House Law Museum and the Royal Perth Hospital Museum.
