Telethon Kids Institute: Discover Day (Free Family Event)
Thursday 5th of October
Now in its third year, the Telethon Kids Institute's Discover Day is on again and this year is promising to be bigger and better than ever!
Discover Day is a range of fun, free, family-friendly science activities taking place on Thursday, 5 October between 9:30am and 3pm at the Telethon Kids Institute and for the first time, beautiful Mueller Park in Subiaco.
This is a fantastic opportunity for school kids aged 4 to 12 years to discover how the Institute's amazing researchers are improving the health and development of kids, families and communities in WA.
Spend a sunny Saturday with friends on the Food Day Safari.
This year, Discover Day will expand outside to Hamilton Street in Subiaco and Mueller Park with more activities, more researchers and more fun than ever before.
Although the event is free, registration will help plan a better event for all guests. It also lets the Institute contact you with event information prior to the event, and gives you automatic entry into Discover Day prize draws (conditions apply).
Enjoy a tasty chocolate walking tour of the Perth CBD.
This is a fantastic opportunity for children to discover the wonders of science while also making a difference to the lives of other children, families and the WA community. Come along and have a fun-filled day while supporting the Telethon Kids Institute and the important work it does.
